Laser Lipo Treatment

The Laser-Lipo option is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction that is non-invasive with no downtime. The treatment involves a cold red laser device, which is applied to the problem areas of the body. It is a 30-minute session. Immediate after the laser treatment we place you into an Infra-red sauna chamber, which aids in skin tightening and with cellulite reduction. The sauna heat allows one to sweat, flushing toxins and fat into the lymphatic system and out of the body.

Procedure

Laser Lipo Treatment

The Laser Lipo is totally non-invasive and can be safely carried out by therapists as the machine is a Class 3B cold red laser device. The treatment causes fat cell membranes to lose their round shape. This alteration of the cell wall triggers the release of an enzyme (lipase) which breaks the triglyceride molecules down into fatty acids and glycerol molecules. These molecules are small enough to pass through the pores of the cell wall. These fat molecules travel via your bloodstream into interstitial tissue, from where they are picked up by the lymphatic system, for transportation throughout the body, where it can be used as an energy source.
