Which is why we are offering specialised packages to help you look at your best, not only for your big day but for the whole of summer as well, ***hint hint*** bikini ready for that beach honeymoon.

The Do’s and Dont’s of Getting Shredded Before You Get Wedded
DO – Set Realistic Goals
It is a good idea to make sure the goals you set are realistic. There would be nothing worse than being uncomfortable on your big day. Set attainable goals, by getting a consult and assessment done by our own Dr. Nick will help you see exactly what you need to do in order to look your best in a healthy way.
*Bonus* You and your partner can support each other and do the process together
DON’T – Focus On The Scale
Your friends and family are coming together to celebrate your big day. Ensure you look and feel your best, don’t get hung up on a number on the scale.
DO – Start Early
If you want to look fit on your wedding day and beyond (ahem, focus on beyond), you need to put in the work. You don’t have to slash your calories and start to hit the gym twice a day, you have to ensure though that you should put good things (veggies, fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, complex carbs) in your body with simple ingredients and work hard when you’re at the gym.
DON’T – Crash Diet
Planning a wedding can feel like a full-time job and sometimes “get fit” falls to the end of the to-do list. Some brides find themselves panicking around the time of the first fitting. Extreme diets and “fasting,” which is just a simple way to say “starving yourself for short periods of time,” are temptations for some at this point. Two years ago, bridal “feeding tube diets” were a thing. I don’t endorse this. I don’t endorse this so hard, I’m not even going to link to anything about it.
